WFL represented the Landlord in negotiations of the new HSBC Branch at 148 Mamaroneck Avenue in downtown White Plains. The branch will be constructed in an upscale fashion to give it great exposure on the corner of Mamaroneck Avenue and East Post Road.
At the same time the bank signed, WFL construction division was updating the façade to enhance the curb appeal of the property. Storefronts, new stucco, paint and awnings vastly improved the appearance of this 1929 structure to the benefit of downtown White Plains. It is no longer a “tired” older building.
