WFL sold 1495 Black Rock Tpke, Fairfield, CT with 9,365 SF of office and retail space for $ 1.8 Million Dollars. The building was fully leased and in excellent condition. A NY based Real Estate Investment firm bought the property. WFL was the Owners Rep for the transaction.
