WFL worked as the Landlord liaison with Cushman and Wakefield to sell a mixed use Office / retail commercial property, comprising of 45,000 SF in South Norwalk for approximately $ 11.7 Million during the month of August 2015.  A Family owned real estate investor purchased the property.
